What is PMP? Carteret Heating & Cooling Inc. provides extensive inspection of your heating and cooling systems. Your PMP contract is completely customizable to suit your needs and fit your individual budget.

Additional services can be performed at your PMP appointment for a small fee:

  • Clean indoor coil
  • Clean electronic air filter
  • Treat your outdoor unit with “Salt Away”
  • Indoor air quality testing

Why? If your heating and cooling system is operating at its optimal level, your home or office will be comfortable, healthy, and affordable. A system operating within its factory inspections will more than outlive its life expectancy. Preventative Maintenance also validates your warranty. For example: When you have a vehicle and you record your oil changes and repairs. The manufacturer wants proof that you maintained your vehicle properly and problems were not caused by neglect.

How does it work? After you sign-up and provide your information, Carteret Heating and Cooling’s Service Dispatcher will set up an appointment. We then send our highly qualified Service Technician to perform our extensive maintenance service.
