John White
Founder and Owner
John White grew up in Cary NC. His family had a vacation place in Emerald Isle, so from an early age, John spent a lot of time in Carteret County. Starting when he was 16 years old, John worked along with a local Heating and Air business owner while he was here in the summers. He moved to Carteret County after graduation from high school and earned his HVAC certification from Carteret Community College. Later, John became fully licensed and in 1991, John and his wife, Janel, started Carteret Heating & Cooling. John’s father worked along with him for several years, and once his sons Jordan and Jeremy graduated from college, they joined our team at Carteret Heating & Cooling. Three generations of the White family have made Carteret Heating & Cooling a premier HVAC company in Eastern North Carolina!
Jordan White
Manager
Jordan grew up in Carteret Conty and attended NC State University. During college, Jordan worked here at Carteret Heating & Cooling during the summers, and after earning his degree in business, Jordan returned to Carteret County to work here full time. Jordan has his HVAC license and runs much of the day-to-day operations, as well as doing estimates and customer service.
Jeremy White
Project Manager
Jeremy also grew up in Carteret County. He attended Methodist University where he played baseball and then transferred to NC State. During his summer breaks, he worked here at Carteret Heating & Cooling. Once he earned his degree in business, Jeremy returned to us full time and now works as our Project Manager.
