Frequently asked questions

A customer asked us:  Why should I change my air filters monthly?  A dirty filter will slow down airflow and make the system work a little harder to keep you warm or cool – wasting energy. A clean filter will also prevent dust and dirt from building up in the system – leading to expensive maintenance and/or system failure.

Humor of the day:

A customer was continually bothering the waiter in a restaurant; first he asked that the air conditioning be turned up because he was to hot, then he asked for it to be turned down because he was to cold, he did this for about a half an hour.  Surprisingly, the waiter was very patient, walking back and forth never getting angry.  Finally a second customer asked why they didn’t just throw the pest out.  The waiter replied with a smile, I don’t mind, we don’t even have an air conditioner.
